- Update the emergency measures plan and the supply of PPE;
- Reduce the waiting list for surgeries.

- $395M to open 23 new front-line access clinics and add specialized nurse practitioners and other front-line professionals;
- $146.2M to develop the “Votre Santé” platform to make booking appointments easier;
- $125M to establish a medical helicopter transport service;
- $44.1M to improve care for patients with rare or chronic diseases.
