- $396.5M over 5 years to convert 5,000 non-subsidized childcare spaces into subsidized spaces starting in 2026-2027, enabling more families to access the subsidized network of educational childcare services
- $95M per year to convert 5,000 additional non-subsidized spaces into subsidized spaces, favouring regions with a large gap between the number of subsidized and non-subsidized childcare spaces, and within those regions, prioritizing the most disadvantaged communities;
- $449.8M to cap school tax growth at 3% for 2026.
- $95.7M per school year (subsidy) to offset the revenue shortfall of school organizations so that this cap has no impact on school funding or on the services provided to students.
