$1B over five years to strengthen the safety of Quebecers and justice services

- $750M to consolidate prevention and intervention activities in public safety;
- $66M to continue efforts to fight armed violence:
  - $52.6M for the Ministère de la Sécurité publique;
  - $13.4M for the Ministère de la Justice.
- $43M to ensure cybersecurity operations;
- $217M to strengthen access to justice services
  - $169.5M to support access to justice and its proper functioning in the delivery of services to Quebecers;
  - $28M to promote access to justice in Nord-du-Québec, notably by supporting the presence of judicial resources within northern communities;
  - $19.5M to continue translating judgments from English to French and using court interpreters.
